Elementary school children at NBS will grow and develop in a secure, comfortable, and joyful environment where they will foster a sense of belonging and pride in their school.

Students will feel that their ideas are valued and respected throughout the school community. Our elementary program will challenge students to reach their highest academic potential in areas such as mathematics, reading, writing, speaking, research, problem-solving, and technology use.

They will be introduced to the arts and encouraged to express themselves artistically. Students will cooperate and act responsibly within a multicultural setting, learning to respect and appreciate the diversity present in a global world.

They will actively participate in learning projects that address the needs and challenges of a broader community.
